The Presidium of the Leibniz University has decided on further measures to alleviate the adverse effects on the students from the corona pandemic. As of 18 May, 56 individual workstations for students will be available at the Conti Campus.

It is good news especially for students who do not have the necessary technical equipment or a suitable workplace at home. Starting Monday, you can use one of 46 modernly equipped individual workplaces on the 14th floor of building 1502 (prior registration/reservation required), five days a week. A 4-hour time slot is available in the morning or afternoon. Students can easily register in the learning room booking system via Stud.IP: https://www.zqs.uni-hannover.de/de/qs/lernraum/buchung/.

From May 18, the ITS pool of the Faculty of Economics will also open to students of all faculties on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in room 1501-242. Prior registration/reservation is also required here. Students can choose using https://www.its-wiwi.uni-hannover.de/platzanfrage.html the desired time slots for a computer workstation.

Even though the corona pandemic is still forcing us to proceed cautiously and to slowly relax the lockdown measures to secure openings of all kinds, with approved hygiene concepts and organizational efforts. It is a welcomed step to provide students with an undisturbed learning and working space, as the President wrote in a letter to the university members on 14 May.
