Brief description

Teaches and conducts research on Strategic Human Resource Management. The introductory courses cover the theoretical foundations and functions of SHRM. These foundations are expanded upon in lectures and seminars, which address topics such as strategic issues, motivation and leadership, personnel development, and research methods. In addition, our teaching and research interests include Strategic Human Resource Management in Nonprofit and Public Management.
