The ERASMUS+ Staff Mobility for Training and Further Education (STT) program offers employees in technology and administration the opportunity to spend approximately one week at a partner university. The stay can be funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
-
Who can participate?
All employees in technology and administration who would like to expand their international competence and develop professionally and personally can participate. Staff mobility is suitable for all MTV of our faculty who have contact with international students, guest scientists or doctoral candidates.
-
What are the requirements for participation?
A prerequisite for participation in the program is prior attendance at the Erasmus+ staff mobility information event. The event takes place twice a year. The dates as well as information on the registration deadline can be found in the continuing education program.
-
Unsure if your language skills are sufficient?
In order to be able to communicate with colleagues at the foreign partner university, the appropriate language skills must of course be available. In the most common case, the language of communication is English. The continuing education program includes English courses at different levels. If needed, the WiWi International Office will be happy to help you choose a suitable course!
-
Where can I go?
How do my colleagues in Sweden work? How is the partner faculty in Spain structured? The ERASMUS+ Staff Mobility for Training and Further Education (STT) program makes it possible to answer precisely these questions in the context of a one-week job shadowing in one's own working environment. The ERASMUS+ partner universities of Leibniz University Hanover are listed on the website of the University Office for International Affairs.
Participation in an International Staff Week may also be funded.
Participation in a workshop or further education measure at a partner university as well as language courses are also eligible for funding.
