We gladly inform you that the University of Macedonia will be hosting its 1st Erasmus+ International Staff Week from April 15 to 19, 2024, in Thessaloniki.
We’re sharing this announcement with staff of international offices and academic Erasmus+ coordinators who are involved in the Erasmus program, international affairs, or those holding strategy and leadership positions and who wish to connect, discuss, and exchange experiences and best practices with representatives from partner institutions worldwide.

Registration: If you wish to participate, kindly fill out and submit the registration form.
The application deadline is January 20, 2024. Selections will be based on the information provided in the application form, and results will be communicated to all applicants no later than early February 2024.
Please avoid making any travel arrangements until you receive confirmation of your participation.
The main objectives of the Staff Week will include:
- Best practices in Erasmus traineeships
- Best practices in International Credit Mobility
- Ways to make your University greener
- Inclusion and Diversity
- Library services at the University of Macedonia
- Cultural events
There is a maximum number of 35 participants who will be accepted. The official language is English, so language fluency is required.
