Professor Waibel gave an invited speech at the IPB University in Bogor, Indonesia.

Professor Waibel, Director of the Institute of Development and Agricultural Economics, gave an invited speech on 14 September 2020, at the "International Online Conference on Sustainable Management and Innovation" at the IPB University in Bogor, Indonesia. The title of his talk was "Resilience and prospects of the agri-food sector during and after the Global Pandemic".

The conference held by the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Management, IPB University was attended by over 200 Indonesian and international participants. The presentations were followed by a lively discussion in spite of the limitations of an online conference setting.
