The Centre de Recherche en Économie & Management (CREM) and the Université de Rennes, France, will be the future workplaces of Dr Ann-Kristin Reitmann.
The Academic Councillor, who has been teaching and researching at the Institute of Health Economics at Leibniz University Hannover since November 2020, has accepted a tenure-track junior professorship ‘Behaviors, Perceptions and Societies Transformations’ in Rennes as of 1 December 2024.
After studying in Flensburg and Cologne, Ann-Kristin Reitmann completed her doctorate in development economics at the University of Passau. As an applied microeconomist, she uses experimental and quasi-experimental methods to investigate research questions related to sustainable and economic development. Her research covers topics such as climate change, the environment, gender inequality and social norms.
The faculty community warmly congratulates Ann-Kristin Reitmann on this new academic challenge and wishes her joy and recognition in her work in Rennes.
