Brief description

Teaches and conducts research on strategic Human Resource Management (HRM), change management and international HRM. The introductory courses cover the theoretical foundations and functions of HRM. These foundations are expanded upon in lectures and seminars which address topics such as motivation and leadership, personnel and organizational development, strategic HRM, international HRM, change management and research methods. Our research interests include strategic human resource management, change processes in organizations, as well as process innovations and organizational change.
